Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of FlatMotion (the 'Service'), operated by FlatMotion. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service.

The Service is offered on a free tier and on paid plans (Starter, Pro, Studio). Each generated video consumes credits from your balance. Paid plans grant a monthly credit allowance that renews at the start of each billing period. Prices are shown in euros and exclude applicable taxes. You may change or cancel your plan at any time; changes take effect at the next billing period and fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.

You retain ownership of the brand assets, URLs and information you provide. You grant FlatMotion the limited licence needed to process that material to produce your videos and operate the Service. You are responsible for holding the rights to any logo, image, audio or text you submit. Every video generated by FlatMotion carries the animated FlatMotion signature, on all plans.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• infringe the intellectual property or rights of others;
• create deceptive, unlawful, hateful or misleading advertising;
• scrape or extract brands you have no right to represent, or impersonate a brand;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• abuse credits, referrals, or automated generation.

Affiliates earn a commission on qualifying paid subscriptions referred through their unique link, at the rate shown in the affiliate dashboard. Fraudulent or self-referred conversions are void. Payouts are subject to a minimum balance and manual review.

The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend accounts that violate these terms. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, FlatMotion is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
